  2. SYMPTOMS may first be the swelling of the upper eyelids then there may be
  3. eye pain, hemorrhage of the retina and sensitivity to light. Other signs may
  4. include muscle pain and soreness, lymph node swelling, chills, fever, hives,
  5. profuse sweating, thirst, weakness, prostration, meningitis or encephalitis.
  6. CAUSES are from eating pork or pork products that are not properly cooked.
  7. TREATMENT. Prescribed medication and bed rest.
